We offer pre-orders for our upcoming products or out-of stock products
HOW IT WORKS:
1.When you’re ready to pre-order an item, add it to your cart and select your preferred shipping method.
3. Continue the checkout process and payment steps just as you would with a regular order. Once your payment has processed you're good to go!
When we’ve received your item at Jimeye Designs, we’ll package and ship your order immediately, at which time you’ll receive an automated email that includes your shipping and tracking information
RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:
Pre-Order purchases are not available for refunds!
When a returned pre-order item is received and processed at our boutique, a store credit will be issued in the form of a Jimeye Designs gift card that can be used towards any future purchase. We will email you the gift card number.
You’ll be issued a gift card for the same amount of your order total excluding shipping costs.
We also offer pre-order exchanges. If there is another pre-order item available you wish to exchange you item for, this can be done (differences in amounts will either need to be paid or refunded to a gift card for you)
This is because by placing a pre-order you are reserving that piece to be made specifically for you.
If by chance your pre-ordered item(s) arrive to us damaged or were somehow oversold we will cancel and refund your order and contact you immediately. You will be refunded the entire amount. This is a rare occurrence but can still happen!
There are times when vendor manufacturing is delayed, items are held up in customs, holidays. or extreme weather conditions will delay expected or forecasted shipping and delivery times that are posted on product descriptions.
Rest assured if any of these things happen, once we receive your item(s), you're order will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours.
