Returns & Exchange Policy
Not In Love With Your Purchase? WE KEEP IT SIMPLE.
- We do not issue refunds HOWEVER we will gladly exchange unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with original tags attached within 7 days past your purchase date.
- The original shipping charge is non-refundable, and you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for any item(s) you exchange.
- All sale merchandise is non-refundable/exchangeable. Make sure to check out our stylist notes or give us a quickly e-mail or call with any concerns or questions regarding fit/sizing.
- If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or color, please email us first to hold the item and/or make sure its in stock. We do recommend purchasing the new item(s) as we have limited inventory, then sending the original item(s) back.
- If you received a damaged item(s) and need to exchange it for the same item(s), or have a question about exchanging, shoot us an email at email@example.com
- To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. Jimeye Designs has the right to refuse a refund should we believe none of the above requirements are met.
- Pre-Orders purchased from Jimeye Designs are not eligible for refunds!
- This is because by purchasing a pre-order you are securing an item to be made specifically for you.
- The time frames can change with delivery of products, this is entirely out of our hands as it is a vendor issue. Please be patient as your items will be shipped out immediately upon receiving them.
- Sale prices cannot be applied to past orders
- All item’s in the SALE category are final sale! There will be no refunds given for these items, depending on the situation you might qualify for a store credit.
- Updates will be sent out to you should there be any changes with delivery time frames via email.
- If you wish to cancel a pre-order after purchasing, a store credit will be offered for the exact amount paid. This can be done at anytime until the item has been delivered to you.
- There are times when vendor manufacturing is delayed, items are held up in customs, holidays. or extreme weather conditions will delay expected or forecasted shipping and delivery times that are posted on product descriptions.
- Rest assured if any of these things happen, once we receive your item(s), you're order will be packaged and shipped within 48 hours.
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products such as special orders or made to order items, and Treasures, heirloom, or any wedding/engagement pieces.
- Any items past the 7day mark. This is FIRM.
Mail Back The No-Good Goods
- Mail your goods back to us within 7 days after your purchase and the cost of your item(s) will be applied onto a Jimeye Designs gift card within 72 hours after we receive your parcel.
- Once your exchange is received and processed, we will notify you within 72 hours via email that we have received your item(s) and include the details of your gift card. You may redeem the gift card code online or in store.
- Please include the original packing slip or order number with your item(s) when you mail the no-good goods back.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Without this, we cannot guarantee we will receive your shipped item. Please do NOT check signature required.
